Macau is well-known for its flavor-blending culture, and current Macanese cuisine
may be considered a type of mixture cuisine. Macanese food is seasoned with
numerous spices including turmeric, coconut milk, cinnamon, and dried cod, giving
special scents and tastes. These also includes Pork Chop buns; Opinions change when
it comes to this delicacy. Chee Chong Fung, Portuguese styled custard tarts, Minchi,
Bakkwa etc. are all main specialties of Macau.

top and the most tempting tourist spot Macau (Mazu Temple), which located on the

Mazu was the “Goddess of the Sea” and the “Protector of Fishermen”, so they built

Cantonese 87.9%, Hokkien 4.4%, mandarin 1.6%, other Chinese dialects 3.1%, other
