Dear diary, I felt so angry today, I lent Zhao’s father a necklace but he denied that I had lent it to him. I must find a way to get back the necklace. There was another diary. Dear diary, Today is the last day that I can live. I will have my execution tomorrow. I shouldn’t borrow the necklace to anyone. But I was drunk that time so I did so. I tried to steal the necklace from Zhao’s house but I was caught. I really regret doing this. The necklace was forgotten after this incident. Zhao took it, not knowing that this was the necklace which caused this tragedy. “Is it my father’s fault that he got drunk?” Tian thought. “If that’s the case, I shouldn’t cause the fire in the City God Temple, should I?”
