There’s been a few missteps here and there, like where the guy in front of me suddenly stopped short and I narrowly avoided bashing my head into him, and the blond kid at my back keeps stepping on my heels accidentally. The weather’s taken a turn for the worse, too - what was previously a drizzle is now rapidly morphing into pouring rain, but none of that can dampen my enthusiasm. Because, in just a few short moments, I’ll be brought down to American soil, and it’s going to be everything I’ve ever wanted.
