Future Adventure of the Greater Bay Area

During the past two weeks, my family and I travelled around to the Greater Bay Area because of a lucky
draw.
On the first day, we went to Causeway Bay to eat street food. We ate many curry fishballs, siu mai
with lots of soy sauce, stinky Tofu, vermicelli rolls and so much more. Then, we went to AEON
department store to have a look at clothes, toys and many other things. After that, we went to The Peak to
enjoy the night view of Victoria Harbour. It was very beautiful!
The next day, we went to Disneyland by riding on the Disneyland Resort line. When we got
there, we saw lots of people playing. First, we went to ride on the rollercoaster. We screamed all the way
down. It was a scary but a really fun ride. Then we went to the Iron Man ride, I loved it there because it felt
adventurous and exciting. After we finished that, we went to the gift shop to look at the toys. We even
bought three boxes of Lego. We went to play other games later on. Finally, we went to the Disneyland
hotel and slept right away.
On the third day, we went to Ocean Park. My brother and I were very excited because we got to
see lots of marine creatures! First, we went to see the famous pandas, Le Le and Ying Ying. They were very
fat and cute. Then, we went to an aquarium full of sharks, stingrays and many types of fish. Next we went
to a place with many kinds of jellyfish. I learned that jellyfish didn’t even have a brain, a heart or even a
bone! That was really scary. Then, we went to a swimming pool with dolphins. The manager said that we
could touch and feed the dolphins. Then he gave us all a bunch of swim suits to wear. A few minutes later,
my brother and I ran to the swimming pool and jumped into it. All of the dolphins came to see what was
going on. They licked us too. We fed them some fish and played with them. Then we went to the
swimming pool again to touch the seals. I jumped in and hugged one. Then we played with them. They
really liked playing with us. Finally we went to a place where we could pet the penguins. Some of them
were as tall as me. One even pecked me on the nose!
After that, we went to the Ocean Park hotel. We were so tired that my brother was already falling
asleep while we were walking to the hotel and he even needed dad to carry him!
The next day, we rode on a bus that would go to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge
(HZMB), from where our first destination was Macau. We were looking forward to going on the bridge
because we had never been there before. We took lots of selfies too.
After we arrived in Macau, the first thing we did was go to Lai Kei Ice Cream to eat the famous ice
cream “bricks”. It was like bricks made out of ice cream. It is very sweet and delicious! Then, we went to
the Formula One museum. We saw lots of cars dated from nineteen-fifty to this day. Some cars were very
old too.
The next day, we went to Macau Tower. What a spectacular view! It looked like we could see the
whole of Macau. Then we went to a steakhouse called Copa. We had the choco lava cake because it was the
most famous dish in the whole steakhouse. I even asked for more too!
The next day, we went to the most famous place in Macau – St. Paul’s Cathedral. There were
statues beside it and many carvings on it. We took lots of pictures with it too. Then we went to a restaurant
called Rossio. We had a buffet there. I ate so much food that my tummy looked like a beach ball! We were
so full that we could hardly walk
The following day we went to Zero Latency VR. It’s a kind of Virtual Reality (VR) game that you
play with other people. When you are playing it, you will see lots of zombies around you (when you are
wearing your VR helmet)! It’s a lot of fun but it only lasts for 30 minutes. My brother and I are nuts about
playing it. Then we went to Hac Sa Beach. We went swimming and played volleyball too. We ate ice lollies
and ice cream, it was very delicious. We even found a bunch of big, round pearls too!! Everyone around
