Future Adventure of the Greater Bay Area

The Greater Bay Area. It’s now the year 2021, I’m now in Secondary 2. A lot of things have changed
in Hong Kong, public transport is now a lot more convenient, the buildings are now much taller, people in
this region are now having a better life and most importantly Hong Kong has become a major city in the
Greater Bay Area. My family is now planning an adventure for my holiday.
It’s now my holiday, my Mum has planned a tour to Zhuhai for three days, the tour guide has booked
a 5-star hotel for my whole family. I am preparing for my adventure tomorrow. The next day, my
adventure starts here. ‘The tour will leave at half past nine in the morning, we must arrive at the Hong
Kong Border Crossing Facilities before half past nine.’ My Dad said. When we arrived at the border, my
Mum said. ‘That was close! They almost left as we arrived at the border three minutes earlier!’ Then, we
asked the tour guide for our tickets to Zhuhai. We got on the bus to Zhuhai, ‘there’s a beautiful view from
here!’ My Dad said.
When we arrived at Zhuhai, it was beautiful there, the buildings are pretty modern, ‘Now you’re free,
you can do whatever you want in Zhuhai.’ The tour guide said. We went in to our booked apartment in
the 5-star hotel, it was big and luxurious inside, the wall decoration was beautiful and the floor was made
out of wood. My Mum was now finding the nearest hot spring from Zhuhai and trying to buy tickets to go
to the hot spring. Then my Mum bought four tickets online for tomorrow’s hot spring.
The next day, my family went to Doumen’s hot spring. Doumen is part of Zhuhai, it is a nearby
town. When we arrived at Doumen’s hot spring, it was very crowded there. Inside Doumen’s hot spring,
there were many different kinds of hot springs like ginger hot spring, vinegar hot spring, flower hot spring
and more, but the strangest hot spring I think was the coffee hot spring, it smelled just like coffee. In the
evening, the hot spring was closed so we went back to the 5-star hotel.
The day after we went to the hot spring, my Dad suggested we should go to Chime Long wild life
park as my adventure. Dad bought four tickets online. After that, we arrived at the wild life park, the lobby
was fully decorated with beautiful animal models. Then, a worker gave us a map, when we looked at the
map, we didn’t know the wildlife park was huge. While we’re walking down the pathway, a few zebras
looked like they wanted our snacks from our backpacks, I ignored them and I kept walking, but they were
still following me. I took out the snack from my backpack, then I opened the bag of snacks and fed the
zebras a few pieces, then I took some pictures with the zebras and we kept walking down the pathway. ‘It’s
now half past five in the afternoon, we should go back to the hotel now because tomorrow we need to go
back to Hong Kong.’ My Dad said. Then we took the bus back to the hotel. When I was packing up my
luggage, I wondered, ‘Does that mean my adventure ends here?’
On the last day in Zhuhai, I realized ‘Today, is the day my adventure ends,’ My Mum bought tickets
for the bus back to Hong Kong. When we got on the bus, my Mum asked, ‘How was your adventure, son?’
‘The adventure was interesting, I enjoyed going to the wildlife park the most.’
