Utopia

My name is Charlotte Miller, 13 years old, now studied in Hainan international school. After the new world
launched, my family moved to Southern China from North America. To me, China is so big that it is impossible
to travel to everywhere inside.
Again, it is the summer holiday. The finest and the happiest period of a year ever, at least for students.
My family is planning to go out to somewhere in Zhejiang. They said it has the most beautiful terraces in the
world…
And what? I don’t want to waste my whole summer holiday just traveling to different places and watch different
scenery! Everyone knows when you go out and travel, you will definitely going to the museums. I’d better stay
at home, have some snacks and play with my friend.
“Do we HAVE to go? I don’ want to walk all day.” I said to my mom, hope she would cancel the travel.
“No, of course not! It gonna be fun. It could also help you exercise. You shouldn’t stay at home for a whole
summer vacation. Come on, let’s get yourself pack up.” Said my mom, also my dad nod at me means he agreed
with it.
“It is not fun nor interesting at all! Why can’t we just stay home and get relax?” try to make them change their
minds.
“…” She is staring at me now.
“Okay, fine. I will go.”

“Charlotte! Hurry up! We are going to miss the train!!!” shouted by my mom, who has been dealing with her
cosmetics all the time. She has been packing all the time. I just cannot understand, if it is that complex to pack up
for a tour, why would they go?
After a long time, travel by train, I and my family arrived home.
Even though I hate this trip, I have to admit that Zhejiang is a beautiful place. Worthy of its fame of the ancient
city, and the land of plenty.
The west lake is surrounded by mountains, with the Broken Bridge and Leifeng Pagoda constructed a drawing of
Chinese style ink painting scenery. It is just lovely. For parents, the museum during travel is what we shouldn’t
miss……
Zhejiang Art Museum (ZJAM) is our destiny. Because it’s the holiday, people are crowded and pushing each
other outside of the museum.
“Well, it seems a lot of people there.” It’s a mom again, “but the good news is, there are special activities for
adolescents about the history of Qingzhao Li, who is a famous female poet during the Chinese Song Dynasty.
