Hello! Welcome to the Greater Bay Area! Here it is my hometown, Hong Kong. In here, you can see flying cars
flying over the magnificent skyscrapers. Look! That flying taxi is stopping on the top of the highest skyscraper
ever. The area of Hong Kong is very big, right? Well, there used to be a harbour in between! A lot of cruise
liners and ships used to go through this harbour. However, who needs this when drones replaced them so that
they can fly? Now the area has turned into a grand Central Park. It’s for people to relax and have some
entertainment.
Hong Kong is a financial centre in the Greater bay Area. In Hong Kong, people always manage their
money and resources in order to make the Greater bay Area run smoothly. It has an important role!
Hey, come here! Let’s board on train to go to the other places in the Greater Bay Area. I have more to
show you!
Everything used to obey the law of gravity, such as ships sailing on water, cars running on the streets,
trains speeding on the rail… But since we invented the technology of lying and hovering, everything started to
leave the ground, and now almost everything flies or floats.
So, now we’re on a train to Macau. We’ll arrive there in ten minutes!
Wooo, looks like time is passing fast. We have arrived at Macau already! Macau is an entertainment
Centre in the Greater Bay Area. Whenever we get tired of working, we go to here! People either go to the
casino, giant playgrounds or the water parks! Macau is really famous for its tourism. Look at this Grand Hotel, it
is as tall as the skyscrapers in Hong Kong, it also has a casino, and a giant garden! I really want to stay in there for
a few weeks!
Besides entertainment, there are also different kinds of food for us to try out! For example, Portuguese
Food, Chinese food, Japanese food… The list is never ending! It is such a wonderful place for workers and
tourists to go to!
Come here, there is a sea between the two islands of Macau, right? Well, there used to be bridges for
vehicles to go over the sea! Now, they have been replaced by these powerful launchers! These powerful
launchers can launch cars to the other side like a bird! How interesting and exciting. Look, there is one!
Since I booked a train to Guangzhou, we can’t stay here for too long- we will be leaving tonight!
Now, let’s have a walk around this old street preserved by the government. It’s a rare thing to have short old
buildings in the Greater Bay Area. It is as rare is an old pearl! So take your time and enjoy the scenery.
Oh no! It’s 15 minutes to the departure time of our train, but don’t worry, there is a pipe system where
we can travel through quickly and easily. Come here, let’s go to the train station!
This time, we will be taking a maglev train to Guangzhou. Although the scenery won’t be as spectacular
as before, it’s way faster than the flying train!
In a blink of an eye, we arrive at Guangzhou. Actually, it’s my second time to go here and, wow. The
station is just giant and magnificent. It’s so big! needless to say, Guangzhou is a big transport hub, as well as an
educational centre of the Greater Bay Area. You can go to all the places directly from here! And you have a wide
variety of options to travel, from trains to airplanes. It’s amazing! In Guangzhou, the most famous building is the
Guangzhou Tower. From there, you can enjoy the glorious view of our futuristic mega city! Watching he light
