Then, we went to our last destination, Guangzhou. First, we went to the Temple of the Six
Banyan Trees. It was a special Buddhist temple and was built in AD537. We went there by the metro.
However, it was not as easy as expected. We needed to find out which station to alight and get off from the
total of 271 stations!
Afterwards, we went back to the city centre. We then saw a complex high-speed railway terminal.
I was fascinated. “Guangzhou is really a transport hub.” I exclaimed.
The next day, it was time to leave. Nearly 150 years ago, there was a book called “Around the
world in 80 days”. I felt amazed that I could visit different marvellous sceneries and also experience the
wonders of modern technologies in GBA alike within two weeks. Thanks for giving me the chance to
explore the Greater Bay Area. It is a golden opportunity to feel the passion of creativity and energy
everywhere. I was glad to be here and look forward to hearing more exciting developments. Let us continue
to build a better GBA and embrace the future!
