“Then where is your home?”asked Allie.
No answer from her.
“You can’t speak?”said Emily.
“C-can speak.”the one eyed lady said.
“Whoa! Cool! You have the same voice as mine!”exclaimed Emily.
“S-am-e v-voice.”said the one-eyed lady.
“Wait,are you just mimicking my voice?”said Emily,more confused than ever.
The one-eyed lady nodded. Then in a second,she took Emily and Allie to a maze with four giant ladies,all
dressed elegantly.Besides them were girls,who looked a lot like the giant ladies.Could they
be...sisters?No,their size won’t make sense.THIS didn’t make sense.Why did the one eyed-lady take them
here?Is there anything that’ll heal the one-eyed lady’s crack?
Emily’s thoughts were starting to take over. She wanted to ask the one-eyed lady about a million
questions.She couldn’t see why not.
“Um…”said Emily.She spotted the pearl on her forehead.Could her name be.. “Is your name Pearl?”
“P-P-earl! I-is na-me Pea-rl!”Pearl said.
“And who are these giants?And those girls next to them? And are we in the future?”said Allie.
Pearl turned from grey to pink.Her eye wasn’t cracked anymore.
“Pink...oh,how I miss you.”Pearl said,all by herself,touching a portrait.
“Pink?You mean this pink skinned lady?Who is she?”Emily asked.
“I can talk by myself! After all those years...”Pearl gasped.”But wait...that means…White.”
“White?”
“Let me explain.Oh and,yes.You are in the future.”

“About a hundred years ago,there were four diamonds.White,the eyes of the galaxy,Yellow,the Colony
Keeper.Blue,the Empire Riser.And Pink…the joyful.They were all...flawless.No matter what they do,they
do it with grace and kindness.But one day,White went mad.Rumor said that she was possessed by a creature
with no love.She took her anger out on me,a target too close to White.I got my precious eye cracked,and
my voice gone.Pink tried to heal me,but even her water from the fountain couldn’t help me.I was cursed
forever,as long as she lived.But now,I’m free!But,that means she’s——“
“Gone.She’s gone.”interrupted Emily. “Listen,we need you to do us a favour.We have to get back to the
past Greater Bay.Can you help us?”
“Hmmm,I’m sorry,I wasn’t made for portals.But I know another gem kind who can help!”
