“Ping! Ping! Is that you?” asked a nice-looking lady in a stylish shirt and tight jeans kneeling next to a tall and handsome man wearing a red hoodie. “Y-yes, are you A-auntie Isabella and is that Uncle Marc?” trembled Ping shyly. Isabella nodded and told Ping to get into the car. The ride was pretty awkward, it was only Isabella that was doing all the talking. Once they arrived at their large mansion, which was several meters above from the ground. Ping’s jaws dropped as Uncle Marc pressed a button and three levitating chairs came flying out. It landed perfectly beside them. Ping was just staring blankly at the chairs. “Come on,” said Marc while he and Isabella sat on the chairs that took them to the house. “ O-okay,” replied Ping, then he jumped on the chair which also took him to where the couple was waiting for him. “ So, when does school start? What do have to wear? Who is my teacher? Where is it?” Ping asked, drowning the poor couple with questions. “ School?” laughed Marc “ Ping, we’re in the 40th century! Not the 21st. There is no school, you have to get this little card inserted in your brain so knowledge automatically spreads around you! ” “ B-but, I don’t want to get one.” moaned Ping. “ You know what? I don’t want anything to do with technology! I’m going home.” The kind and gentle smile of Isabella faded and a large frown appeared, “ Oh no you don’t” She grabbed Ping by the wrist and threw him into a dark room. “ LET ME OUT YOU MONSTER!” yelled Ping hysterically while banging on the metal door “NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Suddenly she woke up on her floating bed with cold sweat covering her face, she was shivering with fear. “ MOM!” called the girl, she had extremely blonde hair with a few freckles. “ Yes, Kayla?” said Rosa. “ I had the scariest dream ever! I-it was about this boy called Ping who moved to the Greater Bay Area, and he had been thrown in a very dark room by his distant relatives Isabella and Marc!” stumbled Kayla with a few tears rolling down her pale pink cheeks, “ I almost have this feeling that it’s real, and that it actually happened before, in the past, when kidnapping was still a thing, like in the year 3901.”
