binds. Her hands were burning from the rope when the last fiber finally gave way. Subtly, she helped Anna
and Wanda with their binds as they sneaked closer to the two scheming villains. They counted down silently
in their heads-three, two, one… ‘Now!’ they said as they rugby tackled the two villains from behind and
knocked them unconscious. ‘I call that tackling a life size problem.’ said Wanda. They all cracked up at that
one. After making sure Josh and Donovan were securely locked in a cupboard, they unchained their hover
bikes and hurriedly took the high-airway back to Macau, not even stopping to admire the scenery below
them.
Wanda, Sophie and Anna’s parents were very relieved when they saw their daughters approach, because
they hadn’t heard from them the whole day. However, they were puzzled when they saw their excited
expressions. ‘We have to tell you about our busy day.’ said Anna.
Their parents listened intently as the girls recounted their close encounter with Josh and Donovan and their
evil plan. ‘Oh no! We don’t have any evidence, how are we going to prove this to the police?’ asked
Wanda. ‘Lucky for you, I recorded their conversation, Josh and Donovan didn’t check our pockets.’ said
Sophie, laughing. By then, the girls were exhausted, Anna’s parents had to tell the police about the case, as
the girls had forgotten to call the police in their excitement, and start helping to make more of the antidote
to restore the land. That night, Anna, Sophie and Wanda slept well, because they knew the Greater Bay
Area was once again safe and thriving.
