"3 2 1 go!!!"
Everyone started cooking as fast as they can. The whole kitchen had smoke everywhere like there was a fire.
The room was filled with different types of delicious and scrumptious flavors.
Philippe thought to himself,
"It doesn't matter if I lose the competition but I have to try. I should always have to try my best for everything I
do."
Phillipe was working as fast as he could but when he was holding a glass bottle of oil, his other hand accidentally
touched the blazing hot frying pan, it shocked him and he screamed very loudly. He dropped the bottle of oil.
Everything to him was like in slow motion and he didn't know what to do.
But suddenly he thought very quickly and something was echoing in his head,
" I will not let my family down. "
He reacted really quickly and he caught the glass bottle right before it fell. Phillipe would not stop and he kept
going. It was down to the last 10 seconds when Philippe dished out his dumpling with the small pieces of steak
inside and then dished it out on the plate nice and neatly. The frites were all around the dumplings and the
ketchup on the side. He just finished in time. The room was filled with mouth watering looking food!
When the contestants were being judged everyone got a really high score. And when the judges said
" Phillipe! Come out please "
Philippe came out and introduced his dish. The judge thought it looked interesting. He gave his dish to the judge
and he tasted it, he stopped for a little bit and then said
" Delicious! 很好吃！ Very delicious! "
And there was a big wide happy smile on his face. I went back to my table feeling very relieved.
The judges talked for awhile and then said
"We have had a talk and everyone of you should be proud yourself, but there can only be one winner and that
is...... Philippe!!"
Phillipe was so happy to finally win. He rushed home and then told his whole family about it. They were so happy
for him everyone was screaming with delight. The next morning they got sent a 1,000,000 dollar cheque! Philippe
also opened a new restaurant with his father and everyone loved their dishes! From then on, their family would
never be worried again.
