Just then , the water rose up and a faint shadow appeared . It was a fire dragon , an angry dragon with cold , red eyes , black , rough skin and ugly purple , sharp thorns .
“ Judge Dee , I have been waiting for you ten years to take my revenge , do you remember that you imprisoned me for stealing the Emperor ’ s stamp ?” the wicked dragon called fiercely with the fire coming out from its mouth .
Both Judge Dee and the servant couldn ’ t stop moving to escape from the fire . Judge Dee suddenly performed Tai Chi and the Qi ( air ) came out like ice bars . After a while , the dragon froze and fell onto the floor with a loud crack and its body was broken into millions of pieces . Some silver footprints appeared , they followed the footprints until they ’ ve reach a place where a thousand directions were written in the grass . With the servant ’ s wisdom and good memory , they followed the directions and completed the maze .
“ Hurray !” they shouted happily .
They chanted as they followed the silver footprints which ended up in front of a dirty smoky cave made of whale fossils . They went inside …
“ Plomp !” Judge Dee and the servant fell into a hole . They found the Emperor , Wu Zetain and the people from the fishing village hanging onto a branch on top of a witch ’ s poisonous boiling pot . They were frightened . Judge Dee and the servant crept towards the Emperor ’ s direction but were found by the witch .
“ Blah Blah Blah …” the witch touched her hat and mumbled a magic word . A lion appeared . She sat on the lion ’ s back crackling evilly . “ I will have more food for lunch ! Ha , Ha , Ha !” she sniggered . At the same time , the lion pounced towards them .
The fishermen help each other and took out their fishing nets . They threw the dead fish toward the lion while some untied their rope and was freed . Without hesitating about their fish they all gave up their hard work for their lives . The servant snatched the witch ’ s hat , hoping she ’ ll lose her powers like the ones in the storybooks . Just then , the midnight bell rang , the witch shrieked and yelled for her hat , but she sunk into the sea and turned into mist .
The Emperor was freed and thanked every single fisherman . They all cheered for victory ! “ What on earth is this placed ?! Why are there fish ?” asked the servant . “ This was a castle built by the witch for her kidnapping plan under the fishing village . Nobody noticed it . Then I was caught and hung up above the boiling pot for being injustice to the citizens . The witch didn ’ t like it . So , she kidnapped me . I was just allowed to write a poem but the witch snatched half of it .” The Emperor explained and started to feel guilty and had a deep thought , “ the witch travelled for any learnt magic to replace me .” They chatted as they swan back to the shore and arrived at the palace .
“ Gather all the citizens .” The Emperor ordered . As the citizens were gathered in front of the palace , the Emperor thanked them for their help and declared that she would lead Tang Dynasty properly and turn it into a wealthy country . She definitely cared about the citizens and even went to visit them once a month from that day onwards .
This mysterious legend was found real and became the most amazing story ever , in Chinese History .
