The " Magical " Braclet

I t was a very polluted and cloudy day in Shanghai , when I , Ling Shang and my brother Hao Shang heard a noise .
So , we stopped our party of mahjong and went looking for the noise . When we had finally found out where the noise was coming from , my brother and I were a little scared . The noise was coming from our bedroom . We opened the door and saw nothing but our beds and our shelves . I went in and suddenly my bracelet knocked me into my old Shanghai poster , it was like the poster was a magnet . My brother entered too and at this moment his watch sucked him towards the poster . We both looked then we touched the poster and at that moment we were both transported into another room .
The room looked older and the bed was made of wood . My iPhone had disappeared and we were looking around in astonishment . But suddenly we heard two people coming . So we hid under the shelf . Two adults were in the bedroom and they were talking about the past . I took all my courage and went out of my hiding place . I said ‘’ Hello ‘’ and my brother followed . The adults screamed at us and then ( when they were okay ) they told us ‘’ Hello , My name is Mei and this is my husband Feng . What are you doing in our house ?’’ we told them everything about us , the voyage … and at the end Mei said ,‘’ Oh , my shi bu ke neng de , I mean it ’ s impossible ! What is your last name again ?’’ I told her and then she started going crazy .
Mei was saying something very strange like : “ it worked !, I ’ m so happy ! , Yeah ! , this is crazy !...’’ At last she said “ Hmmm … When you arrived you were wearing a bracelet right ?’’ “ Yes ! I said ”“ Then the bracelet you ’ re wearing is the one that I am working on right now .’’ “ Really , I said .’’ “ Yes really but the thing is that I don ’ t know yet how to make the bracelet . But maybe if I look at yours I can find a way to go back to your real time .’’ “ Ok , can we stay in your house during the time we are here ? ” I said and she said yes and then Feng brought us to dinner . We went outside their house and it was so nice , they had a view of the Bund and we could also see the Peace hotel and the Customs House Clock tower . The sky was so clear that my brother and I were enjoying being outside .
While we were outside my brother noticed a very strange guy walking around the house and looking inside the windows . My brother pointed him out to Feng . Feng told my brother , that this guy is named Hewu and he is always looking and walking around the house looking for something but he is not quite sure what . The next morning Feng woke me and my brother up with hot tea . This morning , I was determined to find out who Hewu was . I went outside with my brother to go to the park but at the front door my bracelet fell off . Hewu ran to the door and stole the bracelet ! My brother and I ran after him . Hewu went to his boat but he had not noticed that we were following him . We jumped on his boat and hid in the back seats . He took the boat out on the Huangpu river ; I tried to take the bracelet during the ride but I didn ’ t get it .
When we arrived on the Bund again ; He looked back and saw us so he stopped the boat on the Bund port and ran to the French Concession as we say it in 2016 . We saw the old building and the owners of the houses . He ran and we ran after him . He saw a casino and he went inside . When we arrived in the casino we saw people playing poker and kissing each other … Hewu ran into a chair and fell down so my brother and I took the bracelet and ran out of the casino as fast as we could . We took the boat that brought us back to Feng and Ling ’ s house . When we arrived Ling welcomed us and said that she had found out the way to go back to our time . She explained how to do it . “ Before we leave I have a question for you ,’’ said my brother , “ all day Ling and I were outside and I noticed that a lot of people are sick and are throwing saliva out of their mouth … Is there no medicine ?’’ No there is some medicine but they are expensive .’’ said Mei , “ But I think it ’ s time for you to go !” I followed the explanation Mei said and found myself and my brother in our room on the bed . My brother and I were happy to be in our beds again !
