Time Travel

nce upon a time, a human called Shan Jai. He loved making machines.
One day, he made a time travel machine and sat on that machine. And then he ticked the year and wrote the
place. ”Here it comes!” cried Shan Jai.
After a while, he was in Old Shanghai 1967. One old lady came in front of Shan Jai. He said,”Um, hello Miss!”
“Hello!”, said the lady with a deep deep voice. “You look difference,” grinned the lady.
Suddenly, he turned around. The time travel machine was gone! Shan Jai felt super nervous without it because
he could not get back home! But he remembered that his mother lived nearby!
Later on, he went to his grandpa house that he visited during summer holiday. Shan Jai shouted out loudly his
mum’s name “Liang Ying! Liang Yinggg!!!” Liang Ying came out.
“Please, could you help me to find my so colorful time travel machine?” Shan Tai said.
“You mean this?” Liang Ying showed him the time travel machine. “I found it in the playground and thought it
is no ones, so I took it.”
“Oh, it is my machine!!!” Shan Tai screamed.
“But, wait. Who are you? Why do you know my name?” Liang Ying asked.
“Ummmm, I was your classmate but I moved to Hong Kong a few years ago.” Shan Tai replied.
“Really? Sorry, I can’t remember. OK, I buy you a lunch and show you around our district. There is a big
change recently.” Liang Ying said politely.
Shan Jai had a lunch with mom, young Liang Ying. She was clever and so beautiful. And then , they walked
around her mom’s district and her school.
Lastly, the sun went down. Shan Jai had to leave and said goodbye to Liang Ying. He took back the machine,
ticked the year and wrote the place. “Here it comes!” shouted Shan Jai.
After he went back home, he run to kitchen to say Hello to mom immediately. He found that his mum was still
clever but not beautiful anymore. Before sleeping, he wrote a journal about that amazing trip.
