Shanghai and found a wish stone. I wished my mum and I back to Hong Kong to find that the test was already over and I had gotten an “A” on it. I wonder how that happened? The night after the ‘Incident’, I asked my mum why Shanghai is so busy, even in the olden days. She told me it was that Shanghai is China’s largest city and the 8th largest city in the world. She then told me another astonishing fact. She told me that Shanghai is slowly sinking, and since 1921, Shanghai has lost 6 feet in height. Mostly because of the skyscrapers’ weight. Lastly, we both agreed that Shanghai has the world's most delicious dumplings. The next day, I researched why and found this unusual fact. The fact was that Shanghai consumes more sugar than any other part of China. Well, that must be the reason why the dumplings taste so sweet. I hope that more adventures like this could happen more often.
