Northern Gold Coast residents will soon
have access to the largest range of allied
health and medical services in the one
location as part of the future Homeworld
Helensvale masterplan.
The Plan, which has already seen the opening of a Caltex
Star Mart at Homeworld, will also see the aptly titled GC
North Medical Hub open at a future date.
GC North Medical Hub is the result of a strong demand
in the rapidly growing northern Gold Coast corridor.
The Hub will complement the highly successfully
medical centre within Homeworld, which has now
traded strongly over the past 4 years.
On completion, the GC North Medical Hub will be the
largest on the northern end of the Gold Coast in both
size and service provider number.
The building will consist of a modern 2 level building
with attractive foyers, 110 car parks (some of which will be
covered) and provides for additional food and beverage
offerings.
The addition of more health and professional services,
including food and beverage is part of our long-term
vision to meet the growing needs of our local community.
From health care and dining to fitness, relaxation, retail
and professional services – it is our goal to create an
accessible, convenient and welcoming community hub
for residents in Helensvale and beyond.
