A pickleball camp was offered for children ages nine through 13 in June , Chaney said .
Parks and Recreation also will hold Art Camp on July 1-4 and July 22-25 , the website states . Art Camp will cost $ 30 .
Adults are not left out of summer sports . Pickleball is offered Tuesday nights at the pickleball courts , and volleyball , baseball and
softball will also be offered .
Parks and Recreation held the Dogwood 5K and 10K at the Dogwood Festival in April . The annual Turkey Trot 5K will be held in November .
Events

Night was held at the Siloam Springs Community Building and the Daddy Daughter Dance followed on Feb . 9-10 at the community building .
Kite Day allowed youngsters to fly kites April 6 at City Lake Park and an eclipse viewing party was held April 8 at Memorial Park .
Independence Day will feature a block party this year by the rodeo grounds on Sue Anglin Drive , Whitworth said . Similar to Fourth Friday , the party will feature activities , live music and vendors , Chaney said .
The city will hold the Hispanic Heritage Festival in September . The second Love Siloam will be held this fall . Love Siloam is a partnership between the city , Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce , Kind at Heart Ministries and Simmons Foods , Chaney said .
“ Love Siloam is a big day of service for the community ,” Chaney said . “ Several hundred people get together to do lots of service projects on that day , both in the community and in town .”
Love Siloam will be held in October , Recreation Coordinator Charli Crandell said .
“ If you want to come visit Siloam Springs , you should expect to be able to have a town that charms you and makes you fall in love with it ,” Crandell said .
