The annual Christmas in the Park event takes place at Central Park, 5801 Lander Ave. NE, Albertville on Nov. 30, from 2 to 6 p. m. The event features Santa and Mrs. Claus, caroling, tree lighting and more.
Albertville to host Christmas in the Park event
Get into the Christmas spirit at Albertville Lions Club’ s 11th annual Christmas in the Park event on Sunday, Nov. 30, from 2 to 6 p. m.
Enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride around the park, meet Santa and Mrs. Claus and roast s’ mores over an open fire at Central Park located at 5801 Main Ave. NE.
The free event will also offer hot chocolate and apple cider served to the community by the Albertville Royalty Court, caroling by the St. Michael-Albertville High School Choir and SOAR Regional Arts, and a tree lighting ceremony at 5 p. m.
Dress warm for the occasion which will be entirely outdoors besides the visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, who will be located inside the depot building.
