Hello Friends!
Now that the school year is well under way, the weather has begun to turn colder and the trick-or-treating is over for another year, it’s time to turn our attention to the upcoming holidays and the whirlwind of activity that surrounds them. No doubt your calendar is already filling up with parties and events to attend over the next several weeks, and like many of us you may be starting to feel the stress and pressure of it all. In this special Holiday Edition of Sand and Sea Homestead Magazine, you’ll find articles to help you navigate through this beautiful, wonderful, stressful season with ease, grace and joy. There are also lots of recipes, craft ideas, and planning pages for just about every aspect of the Holidays, including menu planning and meal prep, gift buying, party planning and hosting house guests.
(Click on the links to the left and at the back of the magazine and you’ll be directed to the printable planning pages at sandandsehomestead.wordpress.com). I am particularly looking forward to sharing my homemade goodies and hospitality with some other Mamas I know for a Mommy’s Time-out Party one of these evenings! And don’t forget the Family Fun Calendar! It’s chock-full of fun ideas to help make the most out of every minute you spend together as a family. I hope you enjoy this very special issue of Homestead Holidays magazine; I’ve poured my heart into it and I hope it blesses you in receiving it as much as I was blessed in creating it.
Wishing you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving, a very Merry Christmas, and a joyous New Year!
Blessings,
Rachel Harris
