Puff Paint 1 cup of salt 1 cup of flour 1 cup of water Food coloring Mix the salt , water and flour in a large bowl , then separate into smaller bowls . Add the food coloring of your choice into each separate bowl . Pour into desired container ( preferably one that can be squeezed ), shake well and let it sit for about 5 minutes before use .
