Giving Back to the Communities We Call Home
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage believes that a strong, vibrant
community is at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to
making a positive difference. I am proud and humbled by the many Coldwell
Banker ® agents that make giving back a top priority.

Since its inception, our charitable foundation, Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage CARES, has distributed more than $1 million in funding. Agents
and employees have also donated countless volunteer hours to Mid-Atlantic
non-profits, including vital organizations, large and small, that benefit the
education, health, welfare, environment and cultural arts of our communities.
Through this foundation, we have made major contributions to the American
Heart Association, as well as to hundreds of other charitable organizations
across the region.
These donations are made possible by the many agents who donate a portion
of their commission to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage CARES
foundation from every closing transaction, and our employees who donate
through payroll deductions. To raise additional funds, our branch offices also
hold events ranging from Casino Nights to our annual food drive during Healthy
Food Week each May.
Giving back to the communities we serve is part of the Coldwell Banker culture,
