Also, make sure to be respectful to them, you can't assume that they want to go to a charity at all, I would just give them a card.
What are the effects of helping?
Not helping will make the situation worse, currently, you only see them on street corners but if this problem gets bigger they could be anywhere. But if you do help, we can reduce homelessness until it is gone.
Intervention plan
i chose to make a board game to educate others on how a homeless person lives and what might lead to homelessness so that they can help homeless people better. The game would be a dice game with each player having multiple steps to do per turn. Depending on the stats that you get you will get more or less dice. Each turn you need to roll for food, keeping a job, and things like that.
