Perhaps the only beauty that mankind is entitled to share is making our presence in the world something of value, at least to the degree I act correctly to preserve while I persevere. Since elderly people are ultimately left alone with their u nexpressed thoughts (most unwise to recall un-pleasantries all day long), it's a charitable act to honor them with visits. Re minding them of their having given of one's love during happy moments that brought s miles upon the faces of the recipients of their affections. The force of creativity dormant within us is what we call the soul and it assumes proclivity only to the extent activated, whic h is why most people beco me bored of life in old age. People have adhered for decades to a routine : to raise a fa mily and provide for their own well-being. When they go into pension, it's as though there is no purpose to their individuality.
