to the plunderers who divvy off crumbs and tidbits depending
on obeisance to their rule.
Totalitarians confront a right to contradict policy . Anybod y
who considers that what they do is wrong beco me subject to
sociological stress syndrome, co mplicated by a syste m of law
that asserts that ignorance is no excuse for the infractio n
