The Costa del Sol has more than 300 kilometer long shoreline along the Mediterranean Sea, which includes parts of the province Granada, Malaga and Cadiz. To shelter from boreal, the Costa is protected by a chain of mountains. Along the coast you can find splendid beaches, cozy restaurants, yacht harbors and plenty of golf courses. Due to the mild climate, minor rainfall and the sea breeze, subtropical vegetation could grow, which is characterized by palms, cypresses, oleander and hibiscus. In the inland you can find more than 15 officially protected areas classified as nature reserves, natural spaces or natural landmarks. Beside the beaches of the Costa del Sol, which have made this region to one of the top international tourist destinations, one of the main attractions of this shoreline, which combines the whole charm of the Mediterranean landscape and culture, is that you can find different landscapes, such as mountains, cultivated towns, valley and the sea not far apart.

It’s not hard to see why Spain and particularly Coast del Sol is so popular for both holiday makers and property buyers. It receives over 60 million international visitors each year and although, it may only be for a short while – It cast a spell over you. Why? It’s various activities and attractions, like flights to and from Malaga are frequent and relatively cheap.
