NEWS:

Home Value aims to bring investment opportunities nationwide, and we have been tirelessly expanding our horizons in other housing markets. This hard work has paid off, and I’m proud to announce that we have officially opened up operations on Costa Blanca.

In order to spread our reach coast-to-coast, Home Value has been busy establishing our presence in new area markets, which enables us to respond to the growing needs of our customers. Our goal remains the same - to provide home buyers direct access to information required to sense of the market and its many attractive offerings.

The Costa del Sol has more than 300 kilometer long shoreline along the Mediterranean Sea, which includes parts of the province Granada, Malaga and Cadiz. To shelter from boreal, the Costa is protected by a chain of mountains. Along the coast you can find splendid beaches, cozy restaurants, yacht harbors and plenty of golf courses. Due to the mild climate, minor rainfall and the sea breeze, subtropical vegetation could grow, which is characterized by palms, cypresses, oleander and hibiscus. In the inland you can find more than 15 officially protected areas classified as nature reserves, natural spaces or natural landmarks. Beside the beaches of the Costa del Sol, which have made this region to one of the top international tourist destinations, one of the main attractions of this shoreline, which combines the whole charm of the Mediterranean landscape and culture, is that you can find different landscapes, such as mountains, cultivated towns, valley and the sea not far apart.

It’s not hard to see why Spain and particularly Costa del Sol & Costa Blanca is so popular for both holiday makers and property buyers. Spain receives over 60 million international visitors each year and although, it may only be for a short while – It cast a spell over you. Why? It’s various activities and attractions, like flights to and from Spain are frequent and relatively cheap. And then there’s a large supply - there are homes for sale in all price ranges and areas close to the city, mountains and beaches. dfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdf
