When cooking a nice cut of meat on the BBQ, refrain
from adding salt before cooking it. Salt draws out
moisture and tends to dry out meat. For those living
in tighter quarters, check out this Weber Q electric
outdoor grill. Its size makes it easy to use even in the
smallest outdoor spaces.
