EAT YOUR VEGGIES
Be brave and add veggies
to your smoothie! You
will be getting servings
of vegetables with your
convenient breakfast
and the best part is
that you won’t taste the
difference!
Skip the ice when making
a smoothie and opt for
frozen fruit instead. The
fruit will add flavour and
save you time from filling
your mixture with ice.
Replace pure juice with
concentrate for a more
cost efficient option.
