Digestion is the process the body uses to break
down food into a form that can be absorbed by the
body and provide energy for growth and cell repair.
Digestion takes place in the oesophagus, stomach,
and intestines.
Home Remedies for Digestion
Garlic is good for digestion .
Eat bran and oatmeal daily.
Eat figs daily.
For regular digestion: Blend 100gm of dried plums,
100gm of dried figs, 100gm of dried apricots and 1
tablespoon of castor oil. Refrigerate and take 1 tablespoon every morning with a glass of water.
Mix dried figs with plums extract, half a teaspoon of
paraffin, borsch, honey and lemon. Eat daily.
Drink a lot of water.
Eat a lot of peppers.
Home remedy for better digestion: Try going for a
bike ride.
Natural treatment for digestion: Eat tomatoes.
