Local Businesses, Large and Small, Helped Make
Texas Live! Construction a Success
Congratulations to dlb Consultants and the dozens of local, minority-
owned and women-owned businesses – both large and small – who
helped make Texas Live! become a premiere dining, entertainment
and hospitality destination in The American Dream City.
The Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies exceeded the original
goal that at least 25 percent of the Texas Live! construction project
would be awarded to qualified MWBE companies. Overall, $55.6
million, or 42.11 percent, of the total awarded contract dollars went
to minority-owned or women-owned businesses for work ranging
from structural steel to painting.
