Almost 10 years ago I was so fortunate to find a walk-street property in the heart of the Sand Section of Manhattan Beach. It has unblockable ocean views and was designed to capture the view from every room in the house. The house has a contemporary, tropical feel that makes every day in this home feel like you are on vacation. Bamboo ceilings and teak, stained floors balance the abundance of ocean views. Building this home was truly a labor of love.
WHAT’S NEW IN YOUR BUSINESS?
We have had a very busy year but have managed to stay current. We just rebuilt our website, kkcfinehomes.com, to help showcase our work and provide future clients with helpful information and ideas. We have also hired a new customer service specialist, and everyone loves the extra attention. In addition to the custom we are building at 201 3rd Street in Manhattan Beach, we have a couple of amazing homes under construction that will be offered for sale this summer: 128 14th Street in Manhattan Beach and 2440 Hermosa Avenue in Hermosa Beach.
