The pool in the front courtyard allows the owners to watch the kids play and enjoy the ocean and golf course vistas. The home features a large great room concept with a high ceiling open to the gourmet kitchen. The owner created an authentic villa feel with interior colors, wall treatments, cabinetry, etc. Special care was given to ceiling treatments, and each room has unique detailing. The home flows fluidly and allows for a fantastic entertaining environment, which the owners have really mastered. his architecture license in 1985.
