Our Pacific Palisades client wanted a transitional-style living room (left) that would tie in some of her traditional pieces while at the same time incorporating a modern influence. She wanted this room to be ideal for entertaining. The designer and client decided to add mostly gold tones and accents to the upholstery and walls to contrast the dark wood floors and to make the room appear larger. The client was so happy with this project, she has referred many clients to von Hemert’s.
