I am an avid equestrian and am delighted when I can design for other horse lovers. This Palos Verdes redesign and partial remodel blended a mother’s and daughter’s shared passion for horses with their relaxed lifestyle and discerning taste. The furnishings are a wonderful mix of collectibles with new and antique pieces complemented by boot- and dog-friendly fabrics and finishes. A hallway closet was transformed into a showcase for numerous horse show ribbons and trophies.

Along with providing exceptional services supported by a degree from a prestigious design school (FIDM, Los Angeles), I have architectural drafting training and understand construction at a core level. I love getting my hands dirty while blending the beauty of art and design with the nuts, bolts, dust and mortar of the building trades with all design styles.
WHAT INSPIRED YOUR DESIGN CAREER?
My family’s Pennsylvania construction roots. My father and grandfather were general contractors, and I started spending time in the family business as a helper when I was 12 years old. I have lived and breathed the construction trade most of my life and feel at home on any project site. My parents also encouraged my childhood fascination with the arts.
