CMH Hospice special award winners include
Grace Tomlinson, Dr. Jeffrey Tedrow, Craig & Lisa Lehman, Donald J. Babb.
The 2019 CMH Lights of Remem-
brance program was held Nov. 13. Four
individuals/organizations were presented
with special awards including: Craig &
Lisa Lehman, Hospice Light Award;
Donald J. Babb, Hospice Partner in Care
Award; Grace Tomlinson, Sue McCoy
Hospice Service Award; and Dr. Jeffrey
Tedrow, Hospice Medical Director Recog-
nition Award. Entertainment was provided
by the Bolivar High School Chorus Line.
The purpose of the annual Lights
of Remembrance event is to honor the
life of a loved one, support the Hospice
philosophy of living life fully, comfortably
and dying with dignity, and to involve the
community in the support of Hospice
care.
Individuals can make donations in honor
of family and friends, or in memory of
loved ones.
The lights that decorated the tree are
dedicated to those people who were hon-
ored or memorialized. Giving to the Lights
of Remembrance program provides do-
nations in our area to ensure that physical,
emotional, spiritual and bereavement care
is given to all terminally ill patients and
their families.
The program also provides support to
the families after the death of a loved one
through a bereavement program. Dona-
