Jocelyn Salim hiding place In this work I wanted to show the idea of being at peace and at rest in the midst of chaos and mess. While everybody else seems to always be working towards their next goal, I personally value a slow pace of life and find comfort in the pauses of a rapid and hectic lifestyle. Though my surroundings seem to be a mess, somehow I find the folds on the blanket and the mattress—as well as the clothes, books and bags strewn all over—comforting and cozy.
