Recipe to The Cuisine

Ingredients: 1 kg Wheat Flour

300gm Ghee

250gm Sugar

Procedure:

1. Add moin to flour and make a dough. Then flatten it out using a rolling pin. Finally cut pieces of same size from this dough.

2. Pour some ghee in a Wok and let it heat. After some time, when the ghee is hot enough, add the pieces and fry them.

3. Now add these fried wheat pieces in sugar syrup. After some time take the pieces out and enjoy the sweet SHAKARPARAS!

Recipe for Sugar Syrup:

1. In wok, add sugar and some water and put it on a stove for heating.

2.Keep stirring it.

3.When the syrup is dense enough, i.e. it becomes viscose enough to get stuck on the finger; you Sugar Syrup gets ready.
