Hobart has become the centre of Tasmania ’ s culinary scene , attracting food lovers with its wide range of restaurants that showcase the region ’ s abundant ingredients and creativity . That evening , we head out for cocktails and delicious modern Asian fusion cuisine at Susie Luck ’ s , a stylish dining spot in Salamanca Place .
