“ Happy Holidays !” Marc + Mandy xox
Where does the time go ? It feels like I was sitting at my desk just a few weeks ago writing about our beautiful baby girl , Ella , who is now over a year old . Time fl ies by when you have a child ! As a parent , you are so busy keeping them fed , clothed , changed , and everything in between that you sometimes forget to stop and take a breath ! Life just seems to get busier and I ' m going to take a moment right here , right now , to simply breathe .
Upon exhale , I realize that this year has been fi lled with so many blessings . The love of my life has blossomed into a beautiful mother and a great co-host of our newest adventure , the Marc and Mandy Show ( Check out www . MarcAndMandy . com for channel listings )! They say that behind every successful man is an amazing woman . There is a lot of truth in that quote . Just when you think that life can ' t get any busier , you get more wonderful news ! The Marc and Mandy Show has launched in the U . S . A as a daily talk show !
Last we spoke , our renovations were coming along with just a few fi nal touches still missing
some attention . I can honestly say that as any busy parent , it ' s a work in progress . I fi nd myself staring at a few loose baseboards that need nailing and a guest bedroom that needs a redesign . Although , I may have an ulterior motive behind the delay of the guest suite redesign . That ' s where my in-laws stay when they are in town . The way I see it , if I transform it into a beautiful oasis away from the outside world , it ' s like giving them an invitation to come over and stay longer ! Such a dilemma - my obsession with having everything pretty is suppressed by my dislike of having my in-laws over . I ' ll probably end up giving it a makeover before Christmas . It ' s too ugly to be in my house ! The bedroom , not the motherin-law ! ( Just joking , they know they ’ re always welcome !)
