Unfiltered Wheat Beer Cocktail Sauce

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup ketchup

• 1 cup chili sauce

• ¼ cup Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat Beer

• 2 tablespoon lemon juice

• ½ tablespoon garlic powder

• ½ tablespoon onion powder

• 2 tablespoons horseradish ( or more to taste )

DIRECTIONS Mix all of the ingredients together and serve with your favorite seafood .

Tank 7 Fondue

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup Boulevard Tank 7

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• ½ pound shredded Emmi Emmentaler cheese

• ½ pound shredded Alps Gruyere cheese

• 2 tablespoons cornstarch

• 1 teaspoon dry mustard

• Pinch of nutmeg

DIRECTIONS In a fondue pot or a saucepan over medium heat , warm the Tank 7 and lemon juice . While it is warming , toss the shredded cheeses in the cornstarch . Once the beer and lemon juice mix is simmering , begin adding the cheese one handful at a time while stirring . Wait for the cheese to melt into the liquid before adding the next handful – this gradual melting will ensure you have a silky texture at the end . When all of the cheese has been melted , add the dry mustard and the nutmeg . Serve immediately with bread , fruit , and veggies .
