OBJECTIVES
Empower multifamily housing communities with the SUSTAINABLE
HOA & Public Safety online toolset to achieve the following:
1. Provide residents with EVERY DAY tools that offer a degree of control
to improve quality of life and public safety (e.g. anonymous reporting).
2. Generate $1000s annually in advertising and sponsorships from local
businesses to be used towards residents, not property.
3. Use ad & sponsorship dollars to increase reserve funds for FREE
community pizza parties, improvements, board compensation, etc.
4. Foster strong & active relationships between residents, local
businesses and Public Safety.
5. Proactively offer disability-friendly information & communication for
accessibility compliance and inclusive communities.
