Havelock Singers is for all-comers at Havelock North High School . This year we were lucky to be under the guidance of Mr Joe Christensen . As a non-auditioned choir , it is a great opportunity for anyone to experience and get involved in singing performance at school . This year we have had the chance to sing some fun songs like “ Africa ” by Toto and “ Food , Glorious Food ” from the musical production of Oliver . Although we didn ’ t get to participate in the Big Sing like we normally would , this year has been a great opportunity to improve as a group and introduce the new students to the choir life at our school . As always , Havelock Singers has been a fun group to be a part of this year .
