A year in review 1. 2. 3. 4. Good people … good stuff It has been a rewarding year here at HMI. We love what we do and a big part of our mission is to spread some of that joy to others. From professional achievements to community outreach, take a look at some of the things that put a smile on our faces this year. And a hearty thank you to many of our clients for your generous contributions to our philanthropic events. 1. High School Career Day 2. Arbor Day celebration at a local elementary school 3. Team members raise $1000 to participate in Waypoint Adventure’s 1st annual climb-a-thon to support outdoor programs for the physically & mentally challenged individuals. 4. HMI removes hazardous trees and installs lawn in preparation for the homeowner’s move-in day for Habitat for Humanity. Have trees? Will travel... to the Bahamas A recent call from two of our clients, nicknamed “The Golden Girls,” prompted part of our team to travel to the Bahamas for some serious hurricane damage protection. Three days of structural pruning, guying and anchoring prepared this heirloom tree and others to withstand a hurricane that arrived just two weeks after we were there. We were happy to hear that even recent hurricane, Irma, was no match for this well-loved treasure. Tree preservation is our passion and we couldn’t be more pleased with this happy ending!
