HKP pride themselves on delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst always maintaining the
true design intent. While a bold statement, this runs true for all the projects showcased in this book.
HKP assists the Designers with their specifications, and where the budget is tight and tested, recommends
alternative value engineered solutions in designs, details and materials.
HKP provides the following services:
• Design development with Designer and Client to arrive at a full set of tender documents.
• Finishes specification / factory matching of designer specified finishes.
• Review with the factory to obtain pricing / programme.
• Supply of mock ups and revisions if needed.
• Final sign-off of factory drawings / sample finishes prior to production.
• Follow up on Production process with reports showing the status of all items from shop drawings
to approved status.
• Final Quality control reports at agreed intervals.
• Check all items prior to shipping for quality control. This could include factory visits by the Client
or ID consultant as required.
• Arrange for consolidation of all FF&E at the factory, in accordance with the program and phasing
of the project.
• Ensure all items are individually wrapped to the highest standard. All specialist finishes are
packed in export cartons with additional material to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition.
• All shipping from factory loading to the port of arrival.
