Interviews with care staff and conversations with service users in West Yorkshire have helped shape ideas to improve medicines safety.
The programme supports people with learning disability at risk of behaviour that challenges, to avoid harm from psychotropic medicines.
Our mapping of pathways and services along with gathering input from support workers and service users in the Leeds area have provided a strong evidence base for improvements. Next steps are action planning with system partners.
