Wear clothes that fit
We’ve all been there, trying on an item of
clothing and convincing ourselves that it fits
when it doesn’t. These are the moments
when we have to accept that our bodies have
changed, and buy clothes that fit.

Ask yourself the following questions: Do you
like the style, fabric and colour? Do you feel
comfortable wearing it? Does it fit you now?
Can stains or holes be fixed? Do you have
more than one place to wear it? Can it be
combined with other items in your wardrobe?
When was the last time you wore it? (If it’s
been over a year, get rid of it)
