JANUARY 2018 Letter from the Editor 2018! What happened to 2017? Is it just me or did 2017 fly past exceptionally quickly? If you are anything like me you will have over-indulged recently, and you might still be over-indulging now. January is often the time to set a new year’s resolution and losing weight is a popular choice. This year you could aim to be Rennie Grove’s biggest loser. This doesn’t mean you will be an actual loser! It means you can support this marvellous charity by aiming to lose the most body fat in a 12 week period.
