Simple Strawberry Santas
You will need:
Fresh strawberries
Double cream
Chocolate chips

Method:
Remove the stalks from the
strawberries and stand them
upright
Halve the strawberries horizontally
In a bowl, whisk double cream until
stiff
Spoon a blob of cream into each
strawberry and sandwich together
Decorate with chocolate chip eyes
Refrigerate overnight

Enjoy as a Christmas Day dessert!
