December 2014 Letter from the Editor I don’t know about you but I love a glass of sherry and a mince pie in the lead up to Christmas. Unfortunately for my waistline this often begins in November! So, this year, to combat all those extra calories, I have sought out a Personal Trainer. For those of you who know me this is a big step, but the choice of either giving up the mince pies or burning off the calories was an easy one. I was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable the first personal training session was and I’m actually looking forward to the next one now. There are several personal trainers featured in the magazine this month so go on, give them a call, and you might be as pleasantly surprised as I was at how much fun it can be. Mince pie anyone?
